Lidia Valentín Pérez (born February 10, 1985) is a Spanish weightlifter competing mainly in the Women's 75 kg category.
She was born in Ponferrada, León.[1][2]
At the 2007 World Championships she ranked overall 6th in the 75 kg category with a total of 240 kg.[3]
Valentín competed for Spain in Weightlifting at the 2008 Summer Olympics finishing 5th with a total of 250 kg.[4]
She won overall bronze at the 2007 European Championships, silver in 2008, and bronze in 2009 and 2011, with three silver medals in the snatch and four bronze medals in the clean and jerk.[3]
